The squad has already trained in Puerto La Cruz, but Mark Gonzalez suffers from a muscular plain and worked isolated. It is worth mentioning that Betis winger played only for second half against Bolivia.

Forward Humberto Suazo, at Mexico's Monterrey, told local press they go for the three points against Venezuela. "We respect hierarchy and Venezuela's good game, but we struggle for adding points," he said.

Chile stand sixth at the South American Qualifiers with seven points, the same as Venezuela, who stand fifth on goal difference.
