Veron likely to miss Brazil tie
Argentina National Team doctor Homero D'Agostino confirmed the midfielder is
injured; Mascherano would be available to face Dunga's Brazil. Watch it Live on

Juan Sebastian Veron is unlikely to face Wednesday's clash against Brazil, in
round six at the South American Qualifiers.
Veron picked up an injury during the 1-1 draw against Ecuador, and he is likely
to miss the South American derby.
Homero D'Agostino, head of the medical team of the Argetina national side,
believes Veron's injury "requires a long recovery period." "Sebastian felt he
overloaded his muscle. This injury takes him to the sidelines," the doctor
explained.
Javier Mascherano is considered as a doubt also. But in this case, D'Agostino
was much more optimistic. "Javier suffered a contusion in his shinbone, the
heavy blow formed a bone bruise. This injury is expected to have a quick
recovery," the doctor told Radio Mitre.
